  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb with cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
  2. Let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
Serving
  1. Serve the sliced doner kebab in pita sandwiches or bowls with fresh veggies and garlic sauce.

Notes

Mix the spices well with the lamb for the best flavor. You can add more spices or herbs if you like it spicier. Let the kebab rest before slicing to keep it juicy. If you have leftovers, wrap them in plastic wrap or place them in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can reheat in the oven or microwave.
