- In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add diced bell peppers, shredded carrots, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the mixture in lettuce cups.
Notes
For a spicy kick, consider adding chili sauce or sriracha. Leftover mixture can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
