  • 4 cups potatoes Diced into even pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley Chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil For coating
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces and diced potatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, then add minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Toss everything together until coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.

Notes
