  • 1/2 cup milk (or a milk alternative)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • as needed cooking spray or butter for the pan

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until they are frothy.
  2. Add the milk, flour, and salt to the bowl, and mix until smooth.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet, swirl to cover the bottom, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
  3. Carefully flip the crepe and cook for another minute.
  4. Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.
Serving
  1. Fill the crepes with your favorite fruits or yogurt, roll them up, and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the crepes cool completely. Stack them with parchment paper between each crepe to prevent sticking, then store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can reheat them in a skillet or microwave before serving.
