  • 1.5 cups Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
Frosting & Decoration
  • 1 cup Vanilla frosting store-bought or homemade
  • 0.25 cup Holiday sprinkles

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Cream softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  6. Press dough evenly into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow bars to cool completely before frosting.
  9. Spread frosting evenly over cooled bars and decorate with sprinkles.
  10. Slice into bars and serve.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep bars soft. Let cool completely before frosting for clean slices. Customize sprinkle colors for different holidays or celebrations.
