  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter melted and cooled
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Topping
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar until light, then mix in melted butter, milk, and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold into the wet mixture.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan and arrange apple slices on top.
  5. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle evenly over the apples.
