- Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix instructions. Mix the brownie batter with eggs, oil, and water, then bake in a greased or lined 9x13-inch pan. Let cool completely.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled brownies. Spoon strawberry jam on top and gently swirl.
- Pulse the cookies and freeze-dried strawberries into coarse crumbs. Mix with mini marshmallows and sprinkle evenly over the bars.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set. Slice into bars and serve chilled.

For best results, chill overnight for clean slices. Use gluten-free brownie mix and cookies if needed.
