  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup Water
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 16 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Whipped topping or freshly whipped cream
Strawberry Crunch Topping
  • 0.5 cup Strawberry jam slightly warmed
  • 15 cookies Golden sandwich cookies
  • 0.5 cup Freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix instructions. Mix the brownie batter with eggs, oil, and water, then bake in a greased or lined 9x13-inch pan. Let cool completely.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled brownies. Spoon strawberry jam on top and gently swirl.
  4. Pulse the cookies and freeze-dried strawberries into coarse crumbs. Mix with mini marshmallows and sprinkle evenly over the bars.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set. Slice into bars and serve chilled.

For best results, chill overnight for clean slices. Use gluten-free brownie mix and cookies if needed.
