  • 12 ounces Smoked sausage sliced into rounds
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Green onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon BBQ seasoning or to taste
  • Toothpicks for securing

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll each pork slice into a small cup shape and secure with a toothpick. Place on the baking sheet.
  3. Place one sausage round into each pork cup.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, and BBQ seasoning until smooth.
  5. Spoon the cheese mixture over the sausage, filling each cup nearly to the top.
  6. Bake for 35–45 minutes, until pork is cooked through and edges are lightly crisped. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for best texture. You can substitute turkey bacon and chicken sausage for a lighter, family-friendly version.
