Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 14 oz Smoked sausage sliced into thick rounds
  • 12 slices Thick-cut bacon cut in half
Creamy Filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 Jalapeño finely diced
  • 1 tsp Seasoning all-purpose seasoning
BBQ Glaze
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and brown sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Wrap each sausage slice with half a strip of bacon and place seam-side down in a muffin tin.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, and seasoning until smooth.
  4. Fill each bacon-wrapped sausage cup with the cheese mixture.
  5. Brush the tops with the BBQ glaze and bake for 40–45 minutes until the bacon is cooked and slightly crispy.

Notes

For a pork-free version, use smoked turkey sausage and turkey bacon. Jalapeño heat can be adjusted to taste.
