- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and brown sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
- Wrap each sausage slice with half a strip of bacon and place seam-side down in a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, and seasoning until smooth.
- Fill each bacon-wrapped sausage cup with the cheese mixture.
- Brush the tops with the BBQ glaze and bake for 40–45 minutes until the bacon is cooked and slightly crispy.
Notes
For a pork-free version, use smoked turkey sausage and turkey bacon. Jalapeño heat can be adjusted to taste.
