- In a large bowl, mix the shredded coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and cocoa powder until well combined.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick, sticky mixture forms.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 20–30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and coat each one in extra shredded coconut if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the Moose Farts to firm up.
Notes
Store Moose Farts in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
