  • 3 cups Sweetened shredded coconut plus extra for rolling
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick, sticky mixture forms.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 20–30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and coat each one in extra shredded coconut if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the Moose Farts to firm up.

Notes

Store Moose Farts in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
