- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp around the edges.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving so the crisps firm up.
Notes
For extra crispiness, flatten the mixture thinly and avoid excess moisture in the spinach. Best enjoyed fresh or reheated briefly in the oven.
