Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger grated
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
Spicy Mayo Dip
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tbsp Chili sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  2. Shape mixture into evenly sized meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and lightly browned.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Serve meatballs warm with spicy mayo dip on the side.

Notes

Great for parties, meal prep, or serving over rice or lettuce wraps. Sauce spice level can be adjusted to taste.
