  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 15 oz Sweet Corn, drained canned
  • 4 oz Green Chiles, drained mild
  • 1 large Egg lightly beaten
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
Topping
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange tortilla scoop chips upright on the sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture into each tortilla scoop, filling but not overfilling.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the filled chips.
  5. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and lightly golden. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best served warm for maximum crispness. You can prepare the filling ahead of time and assemble just before baking.
