- Blend the mango until smooth to make a thick puree. Taste and add sweetener if needed.
- In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and slightly frothy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice, add the mango puree, then slowly pour in the milk.
- Gently pour the prepared matcha on top. Serve immediately, stirred or layered.
Notes
For best flavor, use ripe mango and high-quality matcha. Oat or coconut milk pairs especially well with mango.
