- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Slice the hot dogs into thick bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and all seasonings until smooth.
- Add the sliced hot dogs to the bowl and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
- Transfer everything to a baking dish and spread into an even layer. Bake uncovered for 60–75 minutes, stirring once or twice, until sticky and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Use beef, chicken, or turkey hot dogs for a family-friendly version. For less sweetness, reduce the brown sugar slightly. Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer.
