  • 14 oz Smoked turkey kielbasa sausage sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium Zucchini sliced
  • 1 small Red onion sliced
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the smoked turkey kielbasa and chop all vegetables into evenly sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
  4. Place sausage and vegetables on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the honey garlic sauce over everything and toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Spread ingredients in a single layer and bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until vegetables are tender and lightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute part of the honey with fresh lemon juice. You can also swap vegetables based on season. Serve over rice, quinoa, or enjoy as a low carb meal on its own.
