  • 450 g Ground turkey sausage can use chicken sausage
  • 225 g Cream cheese softened
  • 240 g Sour cream
  • 170 g Sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 115 g Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 280 g Diced tomatoes with mild green chilies well drained
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the ground turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, drained tomatoes, and cooked sausage.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

You can prepare this dip ahead of time and refrigerate it until ready to bake. For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
