- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down, and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon and top with lemon slices.
- Bake uncovered for 12–18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, avoid overbaking the salmon. You can substitute olive oil for butter for a lighter version.
