  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter melted
  • 4 Garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika optional
  • 1 lemon Lemon slices sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down, and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon and top with lemon slices.
  5. Bake uncovered for 12–18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, avoid overbaking the salmon. You can substitute olive oil for butter for a lighter version.
