  • 5 cloves Fresh garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt or to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt until well combined.
  3. Place the bread halves cut-side up on the baking sheet and spread the garlic butter evenly over the surface.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan or mozzarella cheese on top if using.
  5. Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden and fragrant. Broil for 1–2 minutes if a crispier top is desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, replace half of the butter with olive oil. Serve immediately for best texture.
