Ingredients
  

Peach Syrup
  • 4 medium Fresh peaches, peeled and sliced ripe and sweet
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 cups Water for syrup
Lemonade
  • 1 cup Fresh lemon juice about 5–6 lemons
  • 3 cups Cold water adjust to taste
  • Ice for serving

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Add peaches, sugar, and water to a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Lightly mash the peaches to release their juices. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then strain to remove solids.
  3. Pour the peach syrup into a pitcher. Add fresh lemon juice and cold water. Stir well to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or water as needed. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice.

Notes

For a lighter version, reduce sugar or replace part of the water with sparkling water just before serving.
