- Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, slice them in half lengthwise, and gently hollow out the center of each half. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Pipe or spoon the filling into the hollowed strawberries. Chill for 15–30 minutes if desired, then serve.
Notes
For best results, serve the same day. Optional toppings include chocolate drizzle, crushed cookies, or chopped nuts.
