- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Slice the slider rolls horizontally while keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Evenly layer the shredded chicken, Swiss cheese slices, and pickle slices over the rolls. Spread mustard on the inside of the top buns and place them back on.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, and salt. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5–10 minutes until golden and melted.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before pulling apart and serving warm.
Notes
You can substitute chicken with smoked turkey, mushrooms, lentils, or jackfruit for a pork-free and family-friendly version. Best served warm.
