Easy Cuban-Inspired Pull Apart Sliders

Slider Ingredients
  • 12 rolls Slider rolls kept connected
  • 3 cups Cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese slices
  • 0.5 cup Dill pickle slices
  • 3 tablespoons Yellow mustard
Butter Topping
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the slider rolls horizontally while keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  3. Evenly layer the shredded chicken, Swiss cheese slices, and pickle slices over the rolls. Spread mustard on the inside of the top buns and place them back on.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, and salt. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5–10 minutes until golden and melted.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before pulling apart and serving warm.

Notes

You can substitute chicken with smoked turkey, mushrooms, lentils, or jackfruit for a pork-free and family-friendly version. Best served warm.
