- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty.
- Cook patties on a preheated skillet or grill over medium heat for 4–6 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
- Toast the buns, assemble the burgers with desired toppings, and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overmix the meat to keep burgers tender. You can substitute ground turkey or chicken if desired.
