  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze for topping

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish and spread the softened cream cheese evenly across the bottom.
  2. Top with shredded mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven, top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve warm with bread or crackers.

Notes

Serve immediately while warm. Best enjoyed with toasted baguette slices, crostini, or crackers. Not freezer-friendly.
