- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes, then tear it into wing-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together plant milk, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to form a thick batter.
- Add tofu to the batter and toss until evenly coated. Arrange pieces on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- While baking, warm buffalo sauce and vegan butter together over low heat until smooth.
- Toss baked tofu in buffalo sauce, return to the oven, and bake for another 10–15 minutes. Serve immediately.

For best results, serve immediately. Reheat leftovers in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness.
