- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart, and gently flatten each mound.
- Sprinkle each portion with parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried herbs, and salt.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5–10 minutes to fully crisp before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use well-drained small curd cottage cheese and allow chips to cool fully before removing from the baking sheet.
