  • 1/3 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried parsley or chives Optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart, and gently flatten each mound.
  3. Sprinkle each portion with parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried herbs, and salt.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5–10 minutes to fully crisp before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, use well-drained small curd cottage cheese and allow chips to cool fully before removing from the baking sheet.
