  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Sweetener Erythritol or Monk Fruit; adjust based on desired sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda Ensure it’s fresh.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Mix-ins
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips Regular chocolate chips can be used if preferred.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until everything is well combined.
  5. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve these brownies warm or at room temperature. You can top them with a dollop of Greek yogurt, a sprinkle of powdered sugar, or enjoy them plain. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or in the fridge for about a week. Freeze for up to three months; thaw overnight in the fridge.
