Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve these brownies warm or at room temperature. You can top them with a dollop of Greek yogurt, a sprinkle of powdered sugar, or enjoy them plain. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or in the fridge for about a week. Freeze for up to three months; thaw overnight in the fridge.
