Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Slice the strawberries and cucumbers, and add them to the bowl.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese over the top.
  4. Add the sliced almonds for crunch.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss everything together gently and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor. For added crunch, toast the almonds lightly before adding them to the salad. You can substitute feta cheese with goat cheese for a different taste. Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for more color and nutrition.
