  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta Cook according to package instructions.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
  6. Shred the chicken in the sauce and serve over the bed of angel hair pasta.
  7. Season with salt and pepper as needed.

Notes

Best served fresh. Garnish with fresh herbs or grated cheese, and pair with a green salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to 3 months.
