Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and cream cheese until well blended.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- Shred the chicken in the sauce and serve over the bed of angel hair pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Notes
Best served fresh. Garnish with fresh herbs or grated cheese, and pair with a green salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to 3 months.
