Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with honey, minced chipotle peppers, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the corn tortillas in the skillet one at a time. Cook for about 1 minute on each side until golden and crispy.
  3. Remove the tortillas from the skillet and add a portion of the chicken mixture to each tortilla.
  4. Top each taco with shredded cheese, cilantro, and diced red onion before serving.

Notes

For extra heat, add more chipotle peppers to the chicken mixture. Ensure the tortillas are fresh for the best texture. Experiment with different types of cheese for varied flavor.
