- Butter one side of each bread slice evenly.
- Place one slice of bread butter-side down, add cheese, dill pickle slices, then more cheese. Top with the second slice butter-side up.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
