- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion and bell peppers. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
- Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return steak to the skillet. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a milder version, reduce Cajun seasoning. You can substitute chicken or mushrooms for the steak if desired.
