  • 8 oz Penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
Creamy Buffalo Ranch Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce use mild for less heat
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken and buffalo sauce. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Lower the heat and add ranch dressing and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and gently simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper if needed, then serve hot.

Notes

For a milder version, reduce the buffalo sauce or use a mild variety. You can substitute chicken with chickpeas or tofu for a vegetarian option.
