  • 1 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen) Thaw frozen corn before use.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for the best flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced) Can adjust based on garlic preference.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For cooking the steak.

Garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then cook until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
