Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, diced chicken, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- In another bowl, mix the ranch dressing and Greek yogurt until well combined.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Add green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve this pasta salad chilled or at room temperature. It makes a great main dish or a side for grilled meats. Garnish with additional green onions or bacon bits for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
