  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, diced chicken, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. In another bowl, mix the ranch dressing and Greek yogurt until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Add green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve this pasta salad chilled or at room temperature. It makes a great main dish or a side for grilled meats. Garnish with additional green onions or bacon bits for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
