- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
To store, refrigerate in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave. You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for added flavor.
