  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened) Make sure it's softened to avoid lumps.
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled) Use crispy bacon for best texture.
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Optionally, sear the chicken in a skillet for 2 minutes to lock in juices.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the greased dish and pour the creamy sauce over it, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Top the chicken with the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (reaches 165°F) and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Garnish with crispy bacon crumbles and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier variant, add red pepper flakes or chopped jalapeños to the sauce. You can swap in different cheeses such as pepper jack or gouda for unique flavors.
