Preparation
- Cook the steak to your desired doneness, then let it rest before slicing it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the cowboy butter.
- Toast the slider buns lightly.
Assembly
- Spread cowboy butter on the top and bottom of each slider bun.
- Assemble the sliders by placing slices of steak between the buns.
Serving
- Serve the Cowboy Butter Steak Sliders warm, optionally with extra cowboy butter on the side.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. The cowboy butter can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge for about a week.
