Ingredients
  

For the steak
  • 1 pound Steak (flank steak or sirloin) Use good-quality steak for the best flavor.
For the cowboy butter
  • 1/2 cup Butter Must be softened.
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Chives (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Can adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Can adjust to taste.
For the sliders
  • 4 pieces Slider buns Lightly toasted.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the steak to your desired doneness, then let it rest before slicing it into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the cowboy butter.
  3. Toast the slider buns lightly.
Assembly
  1. Spread cowboy butter on the top and bottom of each slider bun.
  2. Assemble the sliders by placing slices of steak between the buns.
Serving
  1. Serve the Cowboy Butter Steak Sliders warm, optionally with extra cowboy butter on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. The cowboy butter can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge for about a week.
