Notes
Store any leftover buns in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. For longer storage, freeze them wrapped in plastic wrap for up to a month. Brushing the buns with an egg wash before baking gives a shiny finish. You can also add herbs, garlic powder, or onion powder to enhance flavor.
