Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1.5 cups Granulated sugar
  • 3 Eggs room temperature
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
Topping
  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries washed and dried
  • 1.5 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream or 2 tablespoons butter

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  3. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Let cool completely.
  5. Arrange strawberries on top of cooled brownies.
  6. Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth, then spread over strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use completely dry strawberries to avoid excess moisture. Chill well for clean slices.
