Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Arrange strawberries on top of cooled brownies.
- Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth, then spread over strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use completely dry strawberries to avoid excess moisture. Chill well for clean slices.
