- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, sliced zucchini, cherry tomatoes, onion, and garlic.

- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the zucchini is tender.

Notes
Make sure to cut the chicken and vegetables into similar sizes for even cooking. For added flavor, you can mix in cream cheese or sour cream before baking. Other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms can also be added.
