  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots) Use any combination of your favorite vegetables.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust according to taste preference.
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce Can be replaced with additional soy sauce for a vegetarian option.
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil For cooking, you can also use olive oil.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated Fresh ginger gives the best flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

For optimal results, cut the chicken and vegetables into similar-sized pieces. Don't overcrowd the pan for even cooking. Feel free to customize with your favorite sauces or spices.
