Method
Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne (if using), olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Assemble and Serve
