  • 1 cup milk Use any milk of your choice.
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese Cheddar or your choice.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: herbs or spices to taste (like thyme or paprika) Adjust seasonings to your taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, and cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add the olive oil and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  6. Fold the chicken mixture into the batter until evenly mixed.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  2. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
