- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, blanched broccoli, golden raisins, and chopped celery.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
- Chill before serving as a side dish.
Notes
Serve the Chicken Broccoli Pasta Salad chilled. It makes a great side dish for barbecues or picnics. Add some fresh herbs or a sprinkle of cheese on top for extra flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
