Preparation
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced avocado, ranch dressing, and cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the chicken mixture.
- Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Serving
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a meal on the go.
Notes
Leftover burritos can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. They can be reheated in the microwave or a warm oven until heated through. Optional add-ins include black beans, corn, or jalapeƱos.
