Main Ingredients
  • 1 can (8 biscuits) Refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 cubes Mozzarella cheese (cut into cubes) about 1-inch each
  • 32 slices Turkey pepperoni slices about 4 slices per bomb
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
For Serving
  • 1/2 cup Marinara sauce warmed for dipping

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 3–4 inch circle.
  3. Place one cube of mozzarella and 4 slices of turkey pepperoni in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Fold the dough edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush generously over each dough ball and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving with warm marinara sauce.

Notes

Make sure to seal the dough tightly to prevent cheese from leaking. You can substitute turkey pepperoni with sautéed mushrooms or smoked chicken for variation. Best served warm.
