Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheese, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and shape it into a loaf.

Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and the casserole is bubbly.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
