  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped You can use spinach or kale as alternatives.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 whole avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • to taste Your favorite dressing or sauce Ranch, BBQ, or vinaigrette can change the flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Assembly
  1. In bowls, layer chopped lettuce as the base.
  2. Add cooked beef on top.
  3. Top with cherry tomatoes, avocado, cheese, and your choice of dressing.

Notes

To store leftovers, place each ingredient in separate airtight containers. Keep in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat the beef and assemble when ready to eat. You can make Burger Bowls with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version. Adding beans or quinoa makes it vegetarian.
