  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust the amount according to your spice preference.
  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa Can substitute with other grains like farro or barley.
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blue cheese)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Optional toppings

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until well coated.
Assembly
